How to Teach a Child to Streamline

There’s a simple trick to help your child want to learn the streamline. You can call them “rocketship arms” to make it more fun! Ask your child to place one hand on top of the other like a “hand sandwich”. Then, tell them to make sure their arms are squeezing their ears. If they do not hold a tight streamline, they will be unbalanced in the water. There are two ways to do rocketship arms. The first is on your front, face in the water.
